SUBMISSION RULES

:bulletblue: Submission limit: 3 deviations per day. Mature content is allowed if properly tagged. All works should have connections to LoZ.

:bulletgreen: Members' journal entries: allowed as long as written in decent English and somewhat related to LoZ.

:bulletred: AI-generated art or AI-generated OCs aren't accepted in any form in this group, even post-treated or modified.

GROUP UPDATES

  • Group migrated to the new interface; since Favourites are gone for good, we have made a new folder for WIPs, sketches, linearts, not-properly-cropped pictures, and any work that is traced over bases or screenshots of other official media (only good quality ones will be accept, at the mod's discretion).

  • We're in the process of cleaning the folders and selecting new deviations to be featured!

    Updated to March 2024! Hi, dear members of #Hyrule-Legends (https://www.deviantart.com/hyrule-legends)! I'm the founder of the group and I would like to present myself to those who don't know me. As you can expect, I'm a huge The Legend of Zelda fan. Excluding TAoL, which I never finished, I completed every main game in the series and the multiplayer spin-offs (FS/FSA/TFH). My favourite Zelda iterations are Majora's Masks, Skyward Sword, and Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom (whose art style, with the Wind Waker's, is my favourite in the series).  :) Concerning the group rules, they are few and simple but please read them carefully: - the new submission limit is 3 per day

    @Hyrule-Legends Update: I've seen an increase of submissions lately that have no connection to the Legend of Zelda whatsoever. If you're a member of this group and you're submitting non-Zelda works to this Zelda group, please move to another group that aligns with your fanart. This group accepts fanart of Zelda canon characters, and obvious Zelda fancharacters only. As the only active admin of the group running it alone, I felt it necessary to state that. If fan/original characters are submitted and are not Zelda based, they will also be declined. Thank you for understanding, and have a great new year!

    Warning, there are two group hijackers who are vandalizing Zelda groups by applying as a co-founder, removing user's artwork and replacing it with gore, scat and other unsightly images. They already hijacked Link-club. Please make sure to set all group admin positions to "Not Allowed" or "Subject to Vote".
